Yes! We offer nationwide delivery across the UK. Your magical goodies will be delivered straight to your door, no matter where you’re located.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days. Delivery typically takes 3-5 working days after dispatch, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
How much is postage?
Postage costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order. We aim to keep our shipping rates fair and affordable for all customers.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow its journey to you.
Returns & Cancellations
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt for unused, unopened items. Some items, such as opened incense, candles, oils, jewellery, and spell kits, cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons unless faulty. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.
Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at deesgrotto@gmail.com. If your order hasn’t yet been dispatched, we’ll happily cancel and refund it. If it has already been shipped, you may need to return the items in line with our Returns Policy.

Are your spell kits and divination tools real?
All items sold at Dee’s Grotto are intended for entertainment purposes only. How you choose to use them is entirely up to you — we recommend approaching everything with an open mind and a sense of fun.
Do your candles pose a fire risk?
As with any candle, please use them responsibly. Keep lit candles away from flammable materials, never leave them unattended, and keep them out of reach of children and pets. Always follow the safety instructions included with the product.

Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you don’t need an account to shop at Dee’s Grotto. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders, save your shipping details for future orders, and receive updates on new products and promotions.
