Our range includes Divination Tools, Incense, Jewellery, Candles, Spell Kits, and related goods. These products are sold for entertainment purposes only and should not be considered substitutes for professional advice, medical care, legal guidance, or psychological assistance.

Please be advised:

Candles, incense, oil burners, and wax melts involve the use of flames and heat. Always use responsibly, never leave unattended, and keep out of reach of children and pets.
Products should be used in well-ventilated areas.
Customers assume responsibility for safe handling and use of all products.

2. Orders & Payment

Orders are processed through our secure WooCommerce checkout system.
Payment is accepted via Stripe (all major debit and credit cards accepted).
Orders are not confirmed until full payment has been received.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

3. Delivery

We offer nationwide delivery within the UK.

Delivery timescales may vary but are typically 3-7 working days.
Delivery charges are displayed at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays outside our control (courier issues, strikes, etc.).

4. Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused and unopened items within 14 days of receiving them, in accordance with UK distance selling regulations.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned items.
Certain items (e.g., opened incense, candles, oils) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty.
